There is zero customer support. The Coolfly FAQ page has no useful information. The camera diagram in the user manual does not match the physical camera. The customer support chat is useless.
I just love my hummingbird feeder! It's wonderful to be able to see the birds up close and often!! This would not be possible otherwise. I can now identify individual birds who visit the feeder. Without Coolfly, they all looked the same because they came and flew off so quickly.
I have also been appreciative of the company's service. They have always responded very quickly to my requests.
