Shipping & Delivery

If you don’t see any shipping options at checkout, it means we’re not yet offering delivery to your region. We appreciate your patience as we expand.

International Orders

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand.

For all other destinations, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid by the recipient. The exact amount varies by country—we recommend contacting your local customs office for details.

Duties and taxes paid during delivery are non-refundable if you choose to return or exchange an item.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are delivered by courier Monday through Friday.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. banking holidays.

Please allow additional time during holidays, promotional periods, and major festivals, as both couriers and customs may experience delays. Delays may also occur due to payment authorization issues.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over $79
  • $19.90 flat rate shipping for orders under $79

Customs & Import Duties

The prices on our site typically include import duties. However, depending on your country's policies, you may still be required to pay local duties or taxes upon delivery.

These charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Orders

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or packages marked as “delivered” but left with a neighbor or in a non-secure location.

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  • Contact us at hello@birdsofourlives.com
  • Report any missing items no later than 20 business days after dispatch (25 days for international orders)

Tracking Says Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It

If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received the package, check with:

  • Your building’s front desk or mailroom
  • Neighbors or coworkers if it was shipped to a work address
  • Any household member who may have accepted it

We are unable to refund or replace items that are confirmed as delivered. For security, we recommend shipping to a trusted address.

Order Cancellations

If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, our fraud system may have flagged the transaction.

  • Double-check that your billing address matches the card or payment method
  • Try checking out again
