What’s Not Covered

We do not cover damage caused by:

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • Water damage (on non–non-water-resistant products)
  • Theft or loss of the product

How to Start a Return

Step 1:

Email our customer support team at hello@birdsofourlives.com. Include your order number or support ticket.

Step 2:

We’ll review the issue and send return instructions. Based on the issue, we’ll either process a refund or send a replacement.

Step 3:

Ship the product back to us within 5 business days of receiving return instructions. Returns sent after this window may be rejected.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return tracking number, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • Birds of Our Lives will cover the return shipping cost (via UPS or DHL Business Express only). We pay the carrier directly.
